Payment must be done within 7 calendar days after your Order Confirmation is sent. If payment is not made within this time period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Please note that the shipping and handling time does not begin until prepayment is received.

Credit Cards are processed by Wix Payment. Visa and Mastercard is accepted. PAYMENT IS ONLY DEBITED FROM YOUR CARD AT TIME OF DISPATCH.
All shipments are dispatched by Swiss Post and are only shipped within Switzerland. For all orders below 150 CHF, shipping is charged at a flat rate of 10 CHF. For all orders at and above 150 CHF, shipping is free within Switzerland. Any shipping costs are calculated on the final Check-Out page.
Delivery is not made until payment is received.
Items will be shipped in compostable mailers and if a larger purchase, in a recycled cardboard box. Standard handling and delivery time in Switzerland is 4-10 business days. In order to reduce our carbon footprint, only one shipment per order is made. Certain brands create the product upon order (which assists with the goal of reducing waste), meaning that the shipment may take a bit longer. FairFem does not take responsibility for delivery delays when production/shipment delays occur outside of our control (e.g., weather delays, strikes, pandemics, etc) and this does not constitute as a reason for the customer to withdraw from the contract.
Should you live outside of Switzerland and like to make a purchase from FairFem, please contact us! Should FairFem ship internationally, please note that custom fees, taxes, and any other related costs will not be reimbursed or paid by FairFem. Please contact your local customs authority to determine clearance fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
Now - free returns! The downside of online shopping is the inability to try on a garment and feel the material in person. We try to alleviate these downsides by making returns and exchanges possible. Any undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and unused product with their original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged.
To initiate the return process, please send an e-mail to email@example.com or contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item (based on the delivery date) and note the reason for returning, whether you would like to exchange the item, receive a store credit, or receive a refund.
Upon FairFem's confirmation of the return, we will send you a return label for free. Return the item(s) with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 10 business days of confirmation. Upon receipt of the good(s), we will either exchange it (with shipping costs based on the original method) or offer a refund based upon the original payment method or in the form of a store credit (based on what was agreed in the return confirmation).
